There was a small pond in the village, in which many fish lived. Among them was a fish whose color was blue, that’s why everyone called it “the blue fish”. The blue fish was very wise and sensible. She always did everything thoughtfully.
One day, two fishermen came near the pond. One of them looked into the pond and said:
“Oh! Look, how many fish there are. Tomorrow we will come and catch them all!”
The blue fish heard this and immediately went to the other fish. He warned them:
“We must leave here immediately, otherwise tomorrow the fishermen will catch us.”
But the other fish started laughing at the blue fish’s words and said:
“If you want to go, you can go, but we will stay here. This pond is our home!”
The blue fish did not pay attention to their words. That night, she left the pond and went into the river via a small lake.
The next day, the fishermen came to the pond and caught all the fish with their nets. The other fish, who were not listening to the blue fish, began to regret their ignorance.
Thus, the blue fish escaped by using its intelligence.
